Join us for Sunday Morning Worship

  • Grace Lutheran Church welcomes you to worship with us every Sunday morning in-person at 10:30 am, or online through our YouTube channel.

  • Our service is a mixture of traditional Lutheran liturgy and contemporary worship, primarily in English.

  • All are invited to participate in worship and receive communion.

  • There is no dress code at our service.

  • The Pastor, Worship Assistant, and Usher will guide you through the worship service.

  • Follow along with our PowerPoint slides or printed bulletin.

  • We are a friendly congregation, please feel free to ask a congregation member for assistance.

Sunday School and Coffee Hour

  • Adult Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:15 am in Grace House. The topics vary from studying scripture to reading books.

  • Youth Sunday School meets every Sunday at 9:15 a.m. in Grace House. The topics include activities related to the lectionary readings for Sunday Worship.

  • Intergenerational Sunday School meets every first Sunday of the month at 9:15 am in the Taylor Adult Education Center. This is where Adult Sunday School and Youth Sunday School come together for a lesson and group activity.

  • Coffee Hour is after Sunday school at 9:45 am in the Taylor Adult Education Center. Snacks and coffee are provided. Enjoy visiting congregation members and indulging in delicious treats before worship service begins.

After Worship on Sunday Morning

  • After the worship service ends around 11:45 am, a group of church members go out to eat at a local restaurant.

  • All are invited, attendance is optional.

Additional Worship Opportunities Throughout the Week

Mid-Week Worship Services

During the seasons of Advent and Lent, we offer Mid-Week Worship Services on Wednesday nights at 7 pm. Worship services include call and response, reflections from community members, and moments of silence.

A light Supper is provided on the first Wednesday of the services at 6:15 pm.

Women’s Bible Study

A group of women in our congregation meet every Wednesday nights at 6:45 pm over Google Meets to discuss Biblical topics and Bible passages. They are currently studying the gospel of John.

Ways to Serve in Worship

  • CHOIR

    Our Choir sings during select worship services throughout the year. Music Director, Adam Reemts, leads choir rehearsals every Sunday morning at 9:45 am.

  • HANDCHIMES

    Our Hand Chime Ensemble plays during select worship services throughout the year. Music Director, Adam Reemts, leads handchime rehearsals every Sunday at 11:30 am.

  • LAY ASSISTANT

    Our Lay Worship Assistants are invited to lead worship with our Pastor. They read the first reading, psalm, second reading, lead us in the prayers of intercession, and help serve wine for communion.

  • USHER

    Our Ushers guide congregation members through worship by welcoming everyone into the sanctuary, handing out bulletins, assisting visitors with seating, collecting offering, counting attendance, and assisting with communion.

  • COMMUNION ASSISTANT

    Our Communion Assistants receive the sacrament from our Pastor, assist in distributing wine and grape juice to the congregation, and clean the communion cups after worship.

  • ACOLYTE

    Our Acolytes (youth and adults) light and extinguish the candles before and after worship service, and assist with communion.
